PROPOSAL FOR DISTRIBUTOR :

COURSE STRUCTURE AND DETAILS :

• The course is of 1+8 levels
• Each level is for 3 months
• Classes are once in a week for 2 hours duration.
• Examination for each level
• All India Annual abacus Championship
• Student’s study material kit & Registration fee– Rs.1500/-
• Monthly tuition fee – Rs.800 to1000/- (According to area)

In expansion of business, ABAX ACADEMY is looking for potential and enthusiastic people to associate with us and thus generate business with a cause as channel partners:

1. Distributor :Distributor will be appointed depending upon the Potential of the area, be an entire district or major city.
2. Course Instructors :Course Instructors can be appointed directly by Distributor

How to identify Course Instructors:

• Idle persons would be Housewives, Private Tutors, college students, VRS holders and anybody who wish to earn a decent income of 10000 – 25000 without disturbing their regular career life or family life.
• This program will runs only 2 hr/week i.e. hardly 8-10 hrs/month.

Mode of operation:

The Distributor will appoint course instructors.

1. The Company will provide the Course Instructors training in the program and in turn they will be required to teach the program to the children in their locality either from their home or from a nearby school.
2. The training is for 8 Levels and will be provided in a phased manner. Each level training is for one day. Once after providing the training in the first level the Course Instructors can teach the children for 3 months. The Second level training will be provided in the beginning of the 3rd month and likewise for the rest of the levels.
3. School Tie-ups can be provided to the Course Instructors who are unable to teach from their residence
4. The Distributor in co-ordination with the company can do the tie-up with the School nearby for the Course Instructors.
5. The Training can be provided in their respective districts itself provided there is a minimum of 03 teacher’s batch.

Requirements From Distributor :

• Distributor has to pay the Company a Licensee fee of Rs. 50,000 + GST.
• Distributor should have an office space of 500 Sq .Ft. with Front office, Counseling room and a Training room with necessary furniture and infrastructure like Telephone and Computer with Internet Connection.
• Distributor should undertake Advertisement Expenses for teachers and for student enrollment, which can be 20% of revenue generation.(optional)
• Distributor to provide staff for Marketing, Counseling and Front Office.

COMPANY'S SUPPORT FOR THE DISTRIBUTOR :

• Will provide technical support and training for the Course Instructors.
• Necessary training will be given to distributor for better performance.
• Will conduct awareness campaign with the support of Distributor in the city. (If it is necessary- for Rural areas ONLY)
• Will provide strategic plan of business model.
• Will conduct competitions for children in schools in support of Distributor.
